On Being a Professional Wine Writer with Christina Pickard

Christina Pickard (@winewchristina) is a wine writer, educator, and social media consultant.

She has lived and worked from London to Perth, Australia, and now in the Hudson Valley of New York writing about wine and educating people about wine on places like the BBC and her own wine school.

In this episode, we dig into her story and how she got into wine while working as an actress. We then talk about how she learned more and more while tasting with some formative mentors. Christina also tells us about writing for publications like Wine Enthusiast, Food & Wine, and James Halliday.
